Participation Data: Your watch preferences, circulation history, and shipping logs within the Club.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to provide the core services of the Club, including:

Logistics Management: Coordinating the circulation of timepieces between Members.

Communication: Sending updates regarding your queue status, shipping notifications, and billing.

Security: Verifying your identity to protect the Club’s collection and its Members.

3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION (PEER‑TO‑PEER LOGISTICS)

Because our business model is a peer-to-peer circulation collective, your data is shared strictly for the purpose of moving assets:

Strict Name Privacy: We do not share your name with other Members.

Shipping Destination Sharing: To facilitate delivery, the shipping destination you provide is shared only with the previous Member currently in possession of the watch you are scheduled to receive.

Anonymous Delivery Option: Members may select a UPS or FedEx Access Point (or similar secure locker) as their shipping destination. In this case, your home address is never disclosed to any other Member.

No Return Address Disclosure: The receiving Member does not receive the sender’s shipping address or personal information. All returns or forward transitions are managed via the Company’s centralized logistics platform.

4. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

Third-Party Analytics: We may use third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Behavioral Remarketing: We may use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites after you visit our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits.

Non-Personal Data Sharing: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable information may be shared with advertisers or partners to demonstrate Club growth and Member demographics. We do not sell your personal contact information or shipping addresses.

Member Conduct: Members are contractually prohibited from using any shipping information for purposes outside of authorized Club logistics.

Access and Correction: You may review or update your shipping destination or personal information through your Member portal at any time.

Cancellation: Upon cancellation of your membership, we retain certain data for legal, tax, and accounting purposes before deletion.
